[Shotimes] Interesting...porting the intake

I have never heard of clear proof either way.  I think a 3.0 Liter 4-valve 
engine is easily capable of 300hp with appropriate intake, exhaust, and 
cams.  In fact I just finished reading a story in the latest C&D magazine 
where they tested 4-cylinder "tuner" cars.  Of the 16 cars, 14 were boosted 
some way.  The 2 N/A cars both had substantially more than 100 hp/liter:

2700 CC Neon- 348 hp

2000 CC Acura RSX- 305 hp
