Of which you can get away with less sheer torque (vs a 3400 lb car) and trim
it out to high rpm.

Todd's (of TCE) hill climb car is the same way, 1400 lbs (IIRC) and custom
intake, wild cams, no real power down low, good torque at 7-8k though, some
300+ hp.
