Gary M. claims he spoke to one Walt Clark, ran Ford's race program for
awhile back in the day, they had played around with the SHO V6 using
individual port throttle body's on the head intake runners, and got over 300
hp on an otherwise stock SHO engine.  This sounds like it was totally
isolated from the production work being done on the motor, and purely a
"test toy" for the race R&D department.

Personally I don't think it matters if they did or didnt'!  I still bet the
torque curve sucked on it if they did :)
