[Shotimes] Radar detector mounting locations in a gen II

I REALLY don't want to turn this into a radar detector flame war,  and
im not advocating radar detectors as a means to cheat the police and to
render they're jobs useless [believe me,  the only thing id be
advocating is driving responsibly] I just like to know where they are so
I can be on my best behavior =P
