Possible early symptoms of a failing crankshaft position sensor. If that is it, it will get worse with waits to start increasing to 30 min or more and complete stalling while driving.

My 1995 3.0L stand Trans has been having engine trouble. When I try
starting it, 1 out of every 10 times it won't start. All the proper
starting signs are there, but it just won't turn over. I can wait about 10
minutes and it will turn over. Also, as I'm driving it will stall on me
about 1 out of every 10 times I drive it, then I wait 10 mins and it will
start again. I also notice that it will try stalling as I'm driving but
will keep itself going because I am in gear and have enough momentum for the
car to re-start itself. Any suggestions?
