Anyone who wins their class in any racing series is doing something that
"stretches" the rules.

Ian was just correcting someone else.  Someone mentioned about being allowed
to back-date parts, and Ian pointed out that the '96 SHO brakes are not a
back-date.  They would be an update as it came out later, not earlier.
