Hmmm, This continues to be a recurring theme.  I assume that the amp is
still in the car and you are looking for the box that hangs under the
shelf.  Your best bet is to contact someone like Al Fitz that specializes
in used parts.
Keep in mind that although used subs can be found, the speaker itself is
probably on its last legs and will need to be replaced within months of
install.  The key thing to have is the box, so once you have it, there are
some choices to replace the 6" speaker itself to get the factory JBL
stereo working properly again.
