I totally know where you coming from. I live about 3 miles from my work
place, so since its such a short commute, ill get up early if I drive
and take the time to get her warmed up [ill drive ~6-8 miles] since I
can make it to work before the temp gauge needle even moves, or ill
just ride my bike to work when its nice out.

"Heresy for A SHO owner you say?? Well, there are
a lot of SHO owners out there who drive like
wussies...but they will never admit it. FWIW, I
have seen a few in action."

Unfortunately some of us are forced to drive like
wussies. My 2 mile commute to work is all in 30mph
zones. I've gotten tickets for doing 38mph in a 30!
There's also 5 lights in those 2 miles. Because of
this severe stop and go daily driving, I change
oil and filter every 1,000 miles...which time wise
is probably not as often as some of you guys driving
high mieage, high speed commutes.
