I saw all this coming a couple of yrs ago and invested in a big shelf of
spare new parts, many of which are obsolete now.  Ford pricing jumped around
like crazy over the last 3-4 yrs on lots of parts, I tried to grab and stash
stuff while it was at the low end of the pricing (wish I could buy a bunch
more oil pumps for what I used to get them for!)
