[Shotimes] An apology

I feel the need to apologize for a comment I made last week (re: the power outage) that might have offended some people.  After re-reading it a few days later, I felt that I came across wrong.  My ire was misdirected.  I do realize that some in Texas were screwed by the same company that screwed California.  In the future, I'll try to keep my curmudgeonly twin in check.
