The stuff they fix is the very cheap,obvious stuff. They do NOT want to mess
with used cars. Especially when it is not a used car of the brand that they
are selling new. They will wholesale/auction that car off within a month if
it doesn't sell.

The car is at a Dealership.  They usually spend some money detailing and
fixing some of the small things that most private or ebay sellers may not
fix. Dealers usually have a lot invested in used cars, since they received
them on trade-in.
