It came home last week. It doesn't look bad, in its new clear coat Oxford White.
It will get a new pin stripe when all is done, which should help it out....I got
lots of compliments about the gold stripe it had before. I need to repaint the
black on the cladding, and the mirrors....that's all original...especially the
mirrors.

It's at the new house, in the garage. Nothing unlockable can be left around the old
house anymore....that neighborhood is turning into a ghetto.....really!! I need to
run to PnP to get a taillight, a few fasteners, some front corner marker lights that
go outside the headlights, and whatever else I can find to spiff up the inside.
Josh Saleets is dropping by next week with an entire new interior out of a '91
Plus...nice new black seats....and I'm just going to swap the whole mess. I need to
talk to the shop that has done the install of the stereo, to see what they recommend
for spacers and whatever regarding the speakers. Then, all that stuff comes out of
a box and goes back into the car. If I'm lucky, nothing will be cross wired, and
when I turn on the deck, the whole thing will start to sing.

Pics will be coming. It'll be the first project in the new garage.... a project
completed in air conditioned comfort!!

We'll be moving in ourselves at about the same time....expect it to be 'on the road
again' by about the 15th of September....I can only work on it a few hours a week,
if that. I'd say two full days is all it's going to need, but that's a tall order
around here.

Now I have to insure it (and the black one) to my satisfaction....that's gonna be
hard...

There's other news, some not so good, about the other SHOs around here. One is
happy...Frank Costa is going to get it and give it a good home. The other two are
less fortunate. More later, when the gag order is lifted. ....don't ask.... One
thing I can say....remember that the Plus from Hell was vandalized while we were at
Madison.
