[Shotimes] no turn signals -- new multifunction switch

so after I did my rod bearings, my turn lights didn't
work.  I just replaced the multifunction switch, and
no joy on the turn signals.  Since the hazards work, I
take it the flasher is good, or am I looking at things
wrong?  Did I leave a ground wire off?

Anyone know the answer to this riddle?
