[Shotimes] Spoiler Brake Light, LEDs

The case of the spoiler light can't be opened without damage.
The LEDs are NOT in series and there is a circuit inside for the LEDs.
It is possible to replace the LEDs individually, but now we're back to
opening the case.
We have found that using a band saw or jig saw, we can cut the rear of the
housing off, but make sure you cut VERY SHALLOW or you will get into the
PCB.
After replace the defective LEDs, seal the back with clear silicon.

IF the problem is NO LEDs are working, the problem is usually the two wires
that come into the unit on the end and not the LEDs.
