[Shotimes] Sr 72 weight

Well if you go to California you will see them on my Plus.. Makes you think
twice about going now doesn't it..

Let me explain one thing, its all about time. I have plenty of parts to mix
and match so not having to buy stuff to possibly make a puzzle work is on my
side. Like the V8 pumps for instance, if you call your SHO shops everywhere
they will tell you that they have one, but in reality the internal sock need
to be modified to work in the Gen 3 system.. Not really a big deal about
the sock, but wouldn't everyone rather have the correct part that you can
just install on a Saturday?

Does anyone ever wonder why the Blower that was given to me (in its complete
status) is not on my Gen 3? Because it is Not easily bolted on, the car
needs fuel! which up until a few months back- BBB and larger injectors were
not possible. They are now! So over the winter while rebuilding the Plus I
will also be Finally after 18 months be adding the Supercharger to my 97. Im
just anal about things being done correctly. But I like the 97 to much to
add the blower drive it 3300 miles beat the snot out of it then drive it
back another 3300 miles, plus we all know how reliable blower cars are:)

The Spindles should be very easily made to work, it's a simple bushing, a
slice , and two ears tig welded on. Doug had asked me how I was going about
making them, but Im reluctant just to give info away until I get the first
set done. And I wont go and answer questions about them yet.. Too much
other stuff to think about :) But they will be on My plus without a doubt
at the convention, they will also have the ability built into them for
caster and camber changes.

I had heard a rumor that the 96+ spindles could be adapted using Lincoln
parts. Doug Lewis told me "No they won't work"

Will they work with the earlier control arm?

Gen 3 Aluminium front spindles too!

What swaybars are you using? With all the weight gone you wont need quite as
stiff bars.

Cut the spare tire holder out and cap it.

Lose the gas tank and install a fuel cell

Side note, went down to pick up a transmission axel support bearing for a
atx the other day and My trans guy had his Mustang on the scales ( I forgot
what class he is running this one in) but it's a gutted Mustang GT with full
roll cage Strange rear end and a few other goodies.. 1900 LBS.. Should go
nicely with his 1100hp Motor Sport 460.

Put the cowl hood from the 91 on the 89. That'll save you about 25 lbs,
unless you've severely altered a plus hood.

Coilovers, lighter brakes, Gen2 starter... I'm sure Mark has "the list"
