[Shotimes] Bad Knock Sensor?

At the very end i also got a 538 Operator error (dynamic response / cylinder
balance tests) when trying to run the cylinder balance test, but i assumed
taht was because i didn't give it enough gas. Since it's an ATX, does it
matter when i turn on and off the overdrive?  i usually do that first, turn
the wheel each way, tap the brake, and then hit the gas. Sound like i'm
doing it right?
