[Shotimes] Fuel pump

are you sure the moaning isnt it priming or is it a new sound??   My old 
pump moaned on startup for a long time, and had some hard starts for a long 
time (year or so).  I replaced before it died.. Now that 190lph pump, that 
thing is loud.
