[Shotimes] Oil...

Yep, you are correct.........using MaxLife now, but otherwise it's "which
10w-30 is the cheapest this week??".

After driving my '89 hard every day for 10+ years, and lot's of miles, that
philosophy worked just fine. Other than a leaky oil pan, no oil burning, no
leaky seals, etc. It had Valvoline the overwhelming majority of the time
(through sales when I did it, and coupons for the Valvoline quick-oil-change
place nearby). Also had Citgo (??) oil for awhile from a local change place,
as well as Murray's house brand a few times. Most SHO engines would do as
well to hold up as well as that one did (and still does at over 200K).

When I speak of the BOBISTHEOILGUY site I really refer to the forums.
http://theoildrop.server101.com/cgi/ultimatebb.cgi Here Bob is not a very
vocal person but it is the opinions of many individuals that contribute the
data. Much like this email list. Many people with many ideas.

Of course if you already have your mind made up then no other input is
required.
