Welcome!

Usually an IAB problem causes stalling. It's possible it is stuck open. Go to
www.shotimes.com click on maintenance and look for the topic My SHO stalls
intermittently; why? and My SHO surges at steady throttle; why? and Cleaning

Let us know how it turns out.
