[Shotimes] Cold Weather MPG

[SHO GOS]

I believe this. I'm in Oregon. I go to Vancouver BC often. I get 2 to 3 mpg
more using Shell from Canada than I do using Shell in the states. My pipes
look nice and gray too, not the black soot that I usually see with US gas.
