[Shotimes] spring and struts replacement

Ok I bit the bullet and bought new Eibach and Tokico setup.. what bolts need
to be replaced when taking the old assembly out? Do you need to remove the
LCA to knuckle pinch bolts and nuts to get the spring and strut assembly
out?  Also the rear police upper strut mounts that Josh has for sale on his
site, are those the correct mounts that can be used with the Eibach/Tokico
setup? Thanks, this is my first time ever doing any suspension work.
