[Shotimes] Lost 5th gear

First verify whether it's an internal or external problem, by disconnecting
the rod shifter, and trying to shift it through the gears by the input
shaft.  If that's ok you're probably lucky and the rod shifter is probably
messed up somewhere.  If it still won't shift into 5th by the input shaft,
I'd guess either the 5th gear fork or synchro.  Good luck, and I hope
