Exactly.

This whole deal of inspecting Iraqi destruction of their own weapons has
been an embarrassment to the authority (lack thereof) of the UN.

"Now Jimmy, you go to the kitchen and thrown that candy away right now. I'm

wrapper in the garbage can."
