No, you are confirming what I've seen......mainly that the oil LEVEL sensor
or the oil pan are the primary leak culprits (beyond leaky seals, like I've
got), and that I really haven't heard of very many oil PRESSURE sensor leaks
(which is a good thing, since they are tougher to get to).

To quell your disbelief, just last spring I had my oil level sensor
start leaking, and man did it pour out.
