[Shotimes] Aggrevating engine problem

I'd look at the ISC/IAB valve.
Run the KOER diagnostics and see if you get a code for the Idle Speed
Control.
All of your symptoms can be caused by this part.
Also, inspect for a vacuum leak. The ISC/IAB valve is supposed to be a
metered vaccum leak.
