[Shotimes] Win, Place, or SHO

Kirk,

Last year there were several cars that did not get an award. 
  Bronze winners got a certificate, but silver and Gold 
winners each got the same trophy.  I am looking at a 
different trophy maker this year, not sure how it will go, 
and we may have a few other classes, some specifically to 
allow older cars a chance, and even a "worst" off award for 
those REALLY daily driver cars!

The format for Maryland and Tulsa were both the same.

Judging may have varied slightly, but I think those that got 
silver and gold awards deserved them.
