I think you got it. Ford will be making two types of trucks. Work trucks and
high optioned middle-class buyer trucks. Both with high profit margin. Did I
forget the Blackwood for the affluent?

The only Ford brand that rich people will buy are the gentrified trucks.
Rover brand will get the rich SUV business. Jag brand and Volvo brand will
get middle and up car buyers. Of course, these trucks and cars will have to
compete with the best the world has to offer.

I see Mazda having a problem competing with it's Ford brand comparable
segments. That can't last. Plymouth vs. Dodge, Oldsmobile vs. the other GM
domestics. It's about brand management. That's what Ron Zarella did to Olds
Division before getting the boot from GM.
