[Shotimes] ABS Question

I now remember....my car's ABS acts funny.....mind you I haven't yet pulled
my tires for a visual inspection but my ABS motor kicks in all the time at
low speeds.  Very odd.  It's working fine but what I don't understand is why
it would randomly go on at low speeds.  It's like it's senseing slippage but
there is none.  Any ideas?
