[Shotimes] loose bulb

There's high temp RTV (red) that they use on jet engines around some of
the ducting. That should withstand bulb temps without to much trouble.

Subject: [Shotimes] loose bulb

In my 91 SHOable, there's a problem with one of the lamp fixtures. It
accepts a 194 bulb. 1 in 3 times that I shut the hood, the
vibration is enough to shake the bulb loose. Any ideas how to keep the
bulb lodged in there a little stronger? Thanks.

The offending fixture is in the Mercury Sable front-center "laser" bar
that I retrofitted onto my 91 SHO. The lamp I actually use
might not technically be considered 194 although it's exactly the same
shape. I go to Home Depot and buy the 18-watt bulbs intended
for landscape lights.

Is there some goop that would stand high bulb temps? TIA for any help.
