[Shotimes] Power Steering Problem

It sounds as if a line has rusted through or it's leaking at the rack.  It's
something you want to get fixed fairly quickly though, unless you enjoy the
company of fire fighters. :>)

It's common for those lines to rust through.  The reason it only leaks when
it's turning is because the resivour is sealed.
