[Shotimes] Valve lash done.....but car seems weaker now.

Bruce, check to make sure you installed the electrical connector on the
solenoid mounted beside the black canister that supplies vacuum to the
secondary butterflies.  At low RPM the solenoid allows vacuum to be applied
the butterflies to keep them closed (cutting off secondary fuel and air flow).
If the solenoid is not powered up, your secondaries are stuck in the open
position and this would cause a significant low RPM torque loss.
