[Shotimes] Help!!!

I've got a 91 MTX with 190,000 miles. Last fall, I got
a bad tank of gas. I've tried injector cleaner, new
spark plugs(this helped a little), and new fuel
filter(should i buy a another new one?). But it is
still running rough. I've lost power on hills, and it
hates cruise control. I'm now at a loss. Have I given
up prematurely??? Or is my SHO dying???
