    I wonder if the TOB quill sleeve is loose.  If/when you do another
clutch, make sure the sleeve is on tight with sleeve retainer.  Otherwise
it'll slide with the TOB and cut into the fingers, and cause all kinds of
release problems, pedal stiffness, etc
