[Shotimes] Weird Happenings

Well to continue my saga, recently within the last week and a half whenever
I start my car in the morning or after work when's it's been sitting my low
coolant light comes on. If the car runs for a few minutes and I restart it
it's off.  Any ideas?  My coolant level seems to be fine.  Is it the cold
temps outside?  I live in CT.  Also when doing my rear brakes I noticed that
there is a sticker on my shocks the say "Motorcraft Sport Trackers"  with a
little picture of a car on a race track.  Were these stock?  I haven't
checked to see if their adjustable or not.  I can take a pic if anyone has
never seen these before.  TIA.
