[Shotimes] Stumbling at highway speeds

[Justin Schick]

Besides the stumble at highway speeds, he also noted that it still
stalls sometimes when coming to a stop. I was trying to address both
points and should have been more clear, I guess.

I doubt that the IAB would cause trouble at cruise speeds. The throtle
would 
be open and the IAB not in use.
