[Shotimes] Official FORD Service CDs/books

I don't believe they ever released their CDs to the public and probably
don't feel that a few pirated CDs are going to cut into their bottom line.

I have the whole set from 92 on up and use them often. I only wish I had a
89-91 CD, but I guess they didn't have them back then.
