I personally prefer the Quarts over the Bostons, but that's just me. :)

Alpine CDA9595 (I think-silver one, mp3's no internal amp)
All Monster cable

R.I.P: Boston Pro Series 12.5LF 12 sub (I miss you, but the 2140c just
couldn't go down alone) :(

I concur with george and the others, MB Quart are some pretty nice
speakers(but remember, cheap is cheap so don't get the two for $50
deal).
Also, if you want something that will never give you a complaint and you

don't mind blowing alot more money than you need to, Boston Acoustics
Pro
Series 6.5 is a nice set of seperates that car handle up to 450watts
peak and
about 220RMS if I remember right. They sound great with 50wRMS amp
connected(4ch alpine V12) and sounded even better with my 112WRMS 2ch
MRVT757
alpine(now that was a nice amp). As for the price for the money, you can

probably get a nice set of component speakers for around $200 a pair,
those
Boston's were $450 a pair when I picked them up(with my vendor
accomadation I
only paid $150 a pair though and that's legit haha). BTW when you are
looking
for speakers and looking for an amp, make sure you find out the RMS
watts. If
the salesman doesn't know what you are talking about walk away and find
another because that guy/girl shouldn't be selling car audio. RMS is how
many
watts the speaker can handle as a constant(usually not listed on a box
or a
$50 speaker that proclaims 650watts). Just a heads up for you on that
one.
<< They are in it now, and I'll put it up against any system out there
for
trueness and
clarity of the sound at normal or slightly louder than normal listening

levels. >>
