[Shotimes] Tach Again

The signal that drives the TACH is generated in the DIS module as signal
IDM. It also goes to the PCM.
On the 89, it is the GRAY/ORANGE wire on connector C1 of the DIS module. C1
is the connector with five wires, C2 only has four.
