OK, when you purchase a rebuilt rack does it include the VAPS servo? I
would hate to go to the expense and work of replacing the rack just to find
out I had a sticky servo valve. Also, I have heard that there are different
steering ratios between the Gen1 and Gen2 (12-1 for the Gen1 and 14-1 for
the Gen2) Which would I be better off with? I know that some of you are
going to tell me to scrap the VAPS but since this car is driven by my wife
alot and has to do a lot of parallel parking I realy hate to give up the
ease of steering at low speed.
Thanks
Jim
