[Shotimes] Should I destroy a 91+??

OK, in Al's defense, who the hell cares if he's marking stuff up?
Al's located in Nebraska.
He and his son travel all over the place, buying these SHO's, lots of times
from wrecking yards.
Al buys a SHO that someone else has turned over to a yard (arguably, to be
parted out). Al buys these SHO's, sells the ones that he can sell whole,
and parts out the rest. If he wasn't, I think there'd be quite a few less
SHO's on the road.
This particular SHO may be a different situation, but he bought it, fair and
square. Now he's offering it to the SHO community - if nobody takes it, and
he has to part it out, is that an excuse for you to get mad? No. It ain't
your car.
I know where Al is coming from on this whole deal. I bought a '91 Plus a
few months ago for a steal. Has blown head gaskets, and needs some
detailing/cleaning. I haven't decided whether I'm going to fix it or part
it out/sell it, but know this: When I offered to sell the car a month or
two ago, for $500, I got one inquiry to buy it whole. ONE. I got about 20
that wanted parts from it. That shows me that there wasn't a huge amount of
demand for this car in it's intact form.. The car is currently not for sale
at the moment, pending my decision on it's destiny. I could have easily
made more than $500 on the car, had I chose to part it out.
Al's in business to make money from SHO's. If people don't like that he's
"killing SHO's", then they need to buy the SHO's before he can. The only
problem is, I can't see a whole lot of you buying up a bunch of wrecked
SHO's, and restoring them all.
