Hi all,

Kris (93 Ultra Red ATX, 91 White Plus) and I (Hubby) are still screwing
around with our Wisconsin Emissions Test. Kris ran the 93 through for the
third time and received another failure! So, here's what we've done so far:

Test #1: HC; FAIL, CO; PASS, NOx; FAIL.
Engine running cold - Replaced bad thermostat

Test #2: HC; FAIL, CO; FAIL, NOx; PASS
Ran codes, replaced DPSE (including small connection hoses) and cleaned out
clogged (front) and partially clogged (rear) EGR passages in intake.

Test #3: HC; PASS, CO; PASS, NOx; FAIL
Ran codes (after clearing old codes). New codes are 543 - Fuel pump secondary
circuit failure, and 632 - O/D switch not changing state.

Kris said she still is getting an intermittent "Check Engine" light. Our next
step appears to be replacing both O2 sensors.

Is there anything else we should be looking for? As far as I can tell, the
current codes shouldn't affect the NOx level. Am I correct in this
assumption?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! If I get this figured out, I'll love
all of you, too!
It's a family thing...............;^)
