[Shotimes] Continued emissions test failure

Can we just pull the SPOUT connector to fix the NOX problem? Also, Autozone
sells some crap you put in your tank that makes the car run like crap but
cleans up your emissions just for a situation like this. O2 sensors normally
leave a code. 543 is a code to ignore and 632 means that you didn't switch
the OD switch during the test.
