[Shotimes] OT-Help with e-mail problem

Don,

Very weird problem Don.  If you're using Outlook, hold down the shift key
while you press delete.  That does a permanent delete (i.e. bypasses the
trash bin and deletes it ight then).  I'm not sure if that will work but I
can't think of anything else to try.
