[Shotimes] Radar/Laser Detectors

I was driving down I 57 the other night with a copper running radar at a low
level.  He was about a 1/2 mile behind me.  I had the VAL 1 in my lap and it
was still going off.  Out in the flat lands I get about 4 miles notice if
the radar is at full power.
