[Shotimes] lost MPG due to fuel pump?

Reason I thought it might shut the injectors off would be if the car was
flooded then it wouldn't add any extra fuel causing it not to start. If the
injectors were off then it use the fuel already in the chamber. Now you all
have me really confused. :)
