[Shotimes] MY 89 Headlights randomly dont work

  The headlight switch recall (98S01) was for 1993-94 Taurus/Sable,
MarkVIII and Continental built 12/1/92- 9/30/93.
  I've also had the problem on a few built 9-11/92.
