[Shotimes] OT- Happy cows

Joe won't want to hear this, but I was reading in the Milwaukee paper in one
of my recent visits that California has more cows/milk output/whatever than
WI, and it has been that way for awhile.

And I believe that before CA, that NC was in the lead for awhile in the
'80s-'90s.

WI got is "Dairy" moniker partly since the
antiquated-and-ought-to-be-abolished federal milk subsidies were based on a
mileage factor centered in Eau Claire WI.
