I've heard of both methods for installing the rear H-Brace - both welding it
in and simply bolting it in. I bought my H-Brace from James at
ProSuspension and decided to just bolt it in while installing the GTP arms
and Delrin bushings. I didn't have access to a welder at the time and
didn't want to pay someone to basically repeat a job I just got done doing.

Welding the H-Brace in may give you slightly more strength, but with the
size of the four bolts that secure the thing, it's still serving its purpose
quite well and won't be going anywhere unless the rear suspension
disintegrates! : )

I can also remove the brace very easily if I ever have to...
