[Shotimes] Lost Ignition Key Replacement

First read the FAQ so you can understand how the ignition and door keys are

The problem I ran into was finding a Ford parts guy that fully understood
how to do it. It's not too tough but DON'T let them convince you that it
will require two different keys or removing/replacing the door lock
cylinders! It actually cost me about $40 total at Ford. Do you have a door
key? Do you know how to remove the ignition lock to bring to the dealer?
