That price is probably OK.  To disassemble the top of the engine and do the adjustment will take enough time to be worth that, unless they are very experienced at it and could do it fairly quickly.

The 60k service on the MTX cars isn't that critical.  If your adjustment was done at 60k and the shims checked, don't feel that you have to do it again exactly at 120k.  The crank sensor and water pump are the troublesome 60k items and the work to do them is independent of the work to do the valve adjustment.
